I really can not write due to the huge busy mind about the killed childrens by the israeli killer soldiers. Often my writing will be a stream of angry words and not polite and this what i do not want to do. But in case of Mr. Ardogan the situation is different. His word are listened clearly to the world when he was setting benear the killer Mr. Peres. That man, Peres, forced Mr. Ardogan to reply to the unequlaity in Peres words. Peres said that any one killed outside the walls of nazism Holokost is valuless and should be never minded!!

Damn on you, Mr.Peres.

JURAN and its Triology

When you say Quality basics, you should mean Juran aspects and his benefits to the world. In 28 february 2008, Joseph Moses Juran died in New York. This man who born in 24 december 1904 was the first pioneer in quality management. The name of Juran represent an imporant addition to the human scientific and financial heritage on earth. Pareto analysis was attached to juran extensively when he discovered the work of Vilfredo Pareto. Juran expanded the Pareto principle applying it to quality issues (e.g. 80% of a problem is caused by 20% of the causes). This is also known as "the vital few and the trivial many". In later years Juran has preferred "the vital few and the useful many" to signal that the remaining 80% of the causes should not be totally ignored. Also Juran Triology was the principle trip of quality improvement for any organization seeking for world class competition and focused on financial efficiency.

Juran Triology is consisting of 3 interrelated processed, each one provide a structured method for achieving specific quality objectives.

1. Quality Planning: designs and / or redesigns new goods ad services. It ensures that the right set of service features is delivered to the appropriate customers and that service deficiencies are kept to a minimum.

2. Quality Improvement: reduces deficiencies in existing goods, services or processes. Reaching this new level of performance if frequently referred to as breakthrough.

3. Quality Control: ensures that the results of the first two processes are sustained over time.

The graph vetical axis represents the cost of deficiencies or poor quality, while the horizontal axis represents time. At left is quality planning-the design of goods and services. Operations begins at time 0, and from the beginning, about 20 percent of the output is deficient in some way. Quality control keeps it from becoming worse. When there is a spoadic spike or increase in deficiencies, quality control processes bring operations back to the 20 percent level. Significant gains in quality do not occur until the organization introduces quality improvement processes.

ZORRO: changing from defence to attack

The magic legand of characterr "ZORRO" has a significant impression in my thinking. Behind the historical period before united states building, and in circunstances of loss of security, Zorro must be present. The movie concentrated on the people need for trusted leadership to provide security. Also american perfecting added some notices to discuss. First, Zorro did not kill any one in the movie. All his hits for defence purposes only. You would not find any bloody seen in the movies in despite the dangers in all sites around the hero. In real life, this can not occur due to the differences betwee the concepts of attach and defence. United states nowadays penetrates oceans and seas with huge military forces to arrest a little of Taliban and some little terrorist. US says that operations for the defence purposes. How? A thousand of kilometers and billions of dollars paid were paid with no real need. This is military attack and without americans agreement. Also this attack sho how the US become wild. The enlarging strategic plans for US miss the spirit of zorro. Arab need zorro. Arab refusing to Bin laden is another verification for the strongly recommended desire for establishing fair and real world without the control of great power. This may be unreal. But that what should be occur with no mistakes in exlaining the difference between defense and attack.

Arabs are on time with the promising arabic TV channel of BBC. British Broadcasting Corporation decided to release the new channel in 11 March 2008. This channel will join the arabic satelite with previously released news channels. BBC history is a success factor and spreeding factor for the new channel. For more 10 years, Al-Jazeera channel was released and followed by a series of specified channels for sports, chils and documentation. It was known that the beginninig of Al-Jazeera was british and designed in original for BBC channel. MBC saudi group released Al-Arabiya channel from Dubai since 2003 in order to stand up against Al-Jazeera which was placed at the top where arabic viewers direct there eyes. after 5 years of Al-Arabiya releasing, the general view is dramatically changed. And the top was not temporary set for Al-Jazeera. Al-Arabiya only success against AL-Jazzera while others fails like Al-Hurra, Nile and CNBC. The growing of Al-Jazzera corporation was affected by the fanatic background, qatari situation and policies and attacking strategies of there programms. Equalization face has been successed not for Al-Arabiya, but for anti-al-jazzera policies even in Al-Arabiya or any other channel. A highly dose of creativity and effectiveness is coming with the stream of BBC arabic TV. The obstacles of alerting political and security situations in middle east have the biggest stimulation for directing to news channels. The source will be british but fair with high percent. I hope more satisfaction for arabic viewer who become sad from the directing information and orders released from interior and exterior ministeries to tv channels.
